This week we had the pleasure of attending the International Congress “Sostenibilidad y Derecho del Sistema Financiero” organized by the Proyecto Prometeo Laboratorio de Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa of the University of Valencia/a>, held at the La Nau Cultural Center of the University of Valencia on November 15, 16 and 17, 2023. It was a very interesting and far-reaching event in which sustainability was addressed from a multitude of perspectives with the Law of the financial system as a common thread.
Carmen Pastor Sempere, Ana Lois Caballé and Clara Isabel Cañero Lois attended, having the opportunity to meet other members of the LegalCripto team: Professor MarÃa José Vañó from the University of Valencia and Professor AgustÃn Madrid Parra from the Pablo de Olavide University of Sevilla acted as table moderators and Professor Alejandro Vigil Iduate from the University of Havana and Professor Filippo Zatti from the Università degli Studi di Firenze participated as speakers.
Additionally, we celebrate that our postdoctoral researcher,Dr. Clara Isabel Cañero Lois, was chosen as finalist of the Congress Communications Contest for her communication “NFTs, Mercado del Arte y Sostenibilidad”, presented as part of his research around the intersection between art law and Blockchain technology that he carries out within the framework of LegalCripto. We start our journey on the right foot!
